Akoya, a strategic planning and communications firm, seeks an energetic Editorial/Project Management Assistant to work on varied, interesting projects with federal clients in our Pennsylvania Ave. office. This position helps managers to keep these projects on track by taking notes in meetings, assisting with meeting logistics, interfacing with GPO, helping with event planning, drafting copy and entering data, editing text and PPTs, and so on. A B.A. or B.S. is required along with a minimum 2-3 years of DC experience. A former congressional staffer would be ideal for this position.
