I am a 26 year old professional looking for a 1 bed room apartment to share with my boyfriend and our friendly dog. I would like an above ground unit that is metro accessible (within 15 mins walking distance.) The rent range I can afford is from $750 to $1000 a month, however if the rent is above $950 I would prefer that utilities are included. I am currently looking mainly in the NE section of DC but am open to suggestions! I am hoping to move in by August 1. We are a quiet and responsible couple.
