I am moving into the D.C. area in late August to work for the government. I am looking for me, a late-20s female, and my dog, who is a little bigger. I would like another dog in the house or a dog park nearby. Inside the district, I will pay up to $1200, and outside the district, I'll pay no more than $800. I would consider a roommate, a semi-private apartment in a home, or a studio or one-bedroom (but no walk-ups more than one floor).
