Legal Word Processor Great Hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 PM and located 2 blocks from King Street Metro in Alexandria, VA This large and VERY stable Patent and Trademark law firm needs a legal word processor with 2-5 years of law firm legal word processor/legal secretary/IT experience to join this is a top notch law firm that has an excellent reputation in the marketplace with beautiful offices and the firm culture is fun and professional. You will provide assistance to attorneys with document editing, tape transcription and input. Other duties include the production of graphics and chemical equations. Need testable 70 wpm typing, excellent MS Word 2003 skills including knowledge of advanced functions and graphics; keen attention to detail, excellent spelling and grammar skills, experience with IP (Intellectual Property) is a plus BUT not required. The ability to work well with others as part of a team is very important. Other requirements include the ability to edit documents quickly and accurately, production typing skills, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly. You must have law firm word processing experience.
