Typing, telephone assistance, duplicating, operating of facsimile machines and computers, filing, and data entry activities. Requires excellent MS Office skills. Must have the ability to type 40 words per minute and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Will assist in the proofreading and assembly of materials, correspondence, and when required take meeting minutes. Serve as the main contact for all visitors to the Associate Director for Management, ensuring they have proper identification, and direct them to the appropriate waiting area or meeting location. May be required to accompany staff to local area events in support of agency activities and may be asked to represent the staff for Management at appropriate-level meetings.
