We currently live in NW D.C. in an apt. with a 6 minute walk from the Van Ness Metro stop (Red line) on Connecticut Avenue. The apt. has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths - very spacious. The room for rent is the master suite with a full bathroom and a gorgeous view of the Washington Cathedral. This room is not furnished. The rent for the bedroom is $1100 per month, utilities included. We can not stress enough how roomy the bedrooms, hallways (with abundant closet space), foyer, kitchen, and living room are in this place. The apartment is also on the penthouse floor with great views and 2 minute walking distance to Rock Creek Park. Street parking is readily available and garage parking is an option. Cable/High-Speed Internet is approx. $120 a month, which we split 3 ways. Laundry facilities, 24 hour desk person, doorman, exercise facilities, and roof deck gazebo. The neighborhood is safe and well lit. A little bit about us… two young professionals a couple years out of college, both female. We are easy-going, fun, and respectful.
