Two rooms available in beautiful Bloomingdale row house, half a block from Big Bear and the Bloomingdale Farmer's Market. We're looking for people who are laid back, bike friendly, and down with group house living. Interest in the occasional house dinner or happy hour is a definite plus, but not required. About the house: It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The two available rooms are both on the second floor and share a bathroom. The smaller of the two rooms is going for $650, and the larger for $700. Both rooms are good sizes, especially for the price, and are big enough to easily accomodate a queen-sized bed, desk, and dresser. There's a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central a/c and heat. About us: We are between 25 and 30 years old. One of us is a DC native and does office management for a public charter school. The other just moved here from San Francisco, is working with the FCC, and trying to adjust to DC humidity. We're mostly looking for people who won't just be passing through, but are interested forming some sort of relationship with the people they live with.
