Upon moving out having fulfilled your minimum 1 year lease agreement, your security deposit becomes refundable 35 business days from the day the rentee moves out and returns the Key to the residence/landlady, provided the room is maintained in the same condition as when the rentee entered into the Lease agreement, and that the full term of the lease has been fulfilled and a written notice was submitted in a sufficient time frame, i.e. by the 1st of the prior month.
