We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional (Membership Consultant) at The Chevy Chase Athletic Club to promote and sell Club Membership packages. Primary Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Conducting presentations and tours of the Club • Utilizing Company selling methods to discover prospective buyer’s fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections • Continuously developing leads and soliciting referrals • Distributing flyers and information outdoors • Generating required number of contacts and executing sales to achieve Club goals. Qualifications • Candidate must be passionate for the health and fitness industry. • A people person with the ability to develop strong relationships. • A sincere desire to help and motivate individuals to become and/or stay healthy and fit. • Candidate must be a sales professional with strong need analysis, presentation, and closing skills. • Must also be confident in overcoming objections. • Candidate must be pro-active in perusing outside prospects. • Candidate must be a team player and also be willing to be flexible with time to get the job done. • Candidate must be proficient in computer and data entry skills. FRONT DESK POSITION: Responsibilities include: Greeting members & guests in a comfortable, polite, friendly and courteous manner. Being 100% attentive to details, and ability to multi-task and be pro-active.
