Missoula preschool is seeking a Director to be in charge of daily operations. Position requires Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field, at least 2 year’s experience in Early Childhood Development or in a childcare facility, and a minimum of 1 year management experience. Experience working with a non-profit a plus. Successful candidate will have demonstrated skill in administering programs, be able to manage and prepare financial reports, deal effectively with parents and staff, be a self starter who is highly organized, have strong computer skills, and solid knowledge of human resource management and laws. Requires strong people and reasoning skills. Will supervise employees, run program on a daily basis, coordinate facility repairs and provide child care when needed. Background check will be conducted. Requires immunizations and First Aid Certification. Position is Monday – Friday, day shift, for 40 hours per week. Pay is dependent upon experience.
