Job Requirements: 1. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED): with two (2) years related experience and/or training in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or law enforcement; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties and functions of the job. 2. Valid Alaska’s driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record. . 3. Shift is from 3pm to 12am, Saturday through Wednesday. Preferred: 1. Associates Degree 2. Commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement. 3. Previous experience within a residential youth program. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Ability to maintain confidentiality and display ethical behavior. 2. Ability to obtain a CDL with passenger endorsement within 90 days if required; maintain an acceptable driving record, and CDL medical certification. 3. Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with all departments. 4. Ability to work as a member of a team of individuals working toward a common goal. 5. Ability to successfully complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives. 6. Ability to maintain professional appearance and work presentation. 7. Ability to meet attendance requirements for the position. .
