Work as part of an industry team in coordinating CTT instruction, academic instruction, work-based learning and social development in compliance with government, corporate, and management directives. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in human services, counseling or social work, and CDC I – Chemical Dependency Counselor I certification. 2. Within two years must be able to obtain a CDC II certification. 3. Two years experience directly related to the field in Alaska. 4. Valid Alaska Driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record. Preferred: 1. Master’s Degree 2. CDC II certification 3. State of Alaska teaching certificate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with all departments. 2. Accurate and professional appearance and work presentation. 3.
