Incumbent will monitor Regional Training Partners (RTPs) statewide to ensure training is delivered in accordance with program objectives/guidelines; ensure compliance with HUD requirements; prepare grant proposals to HUD; and develop program budget. Will organize meetings for annual and quarterly Board Meetings; conduct workshops for RTP coordinators; and develop/evaluate curriculum/ education materials. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or a minimum of 5-7 years professional experience related to the real estate industry. Requires demonstrated proficiency in Excel, budgeting, accounting, fund raising, writing, public speaking, grant writing and grant administration. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills are a must along with a demonstrated record of professional achievement. Some travel required. Great pay and excellent benefits package.
