The Goddard School in Bear, DE is looking for highly motivated teachers who are qualified as Curriculum Coordinator or Adminstrator. This is an extremely rewarding position responsible for creating and maintaining a nurturing and loving environment for the children in the class as well as growing the school to the next level. The Assistant Director will mostly be in the classroom working with the children, but can also assist the Director in developing the curriculum as well as other areas like certifications, training etc. Some of the Responsibilities Include: - Develop daily lesson plans and write daily activity reports - Update classroom decorations as well as parent boards - Provide leadership to the staff and others as necessary - Establish relationship with other staff members, parents and children - Improve school and classroom structure and education - Administer program objectives, curriculum and activities - Maintain high health and safety standards - Insure compliance to regulations and standards - Possbility to advance to Director position Qualifications: - Highly motivated, excellent teaching and communications skills are a must. - Qualified to work as a Curriculum Coordinator and/or Adminstrator in DE - Minimum Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field Please call 302-322-5040 or send your resume with your qualifications and salary requirement.
