WITCO Inc. is hiring a Job Coach! JOB SUMMARY: The Job Coach provides on-site work skill training for individuals with disabilities who work in the community. The Job Coach assists persons served with instruction in appropriate work habits and behaviors on the job site. In addition, the Job Coach advocates for the consumer by providing support and reinforcement. Job Coaches are responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with the person served, employers, and co-workers at the job site. The Job Coach is required to complete necessary paperwork and provide on-going support services. Attending workshops, fund-raising projects, and staff meetings are essential. It is vital that the Job Coach has good written and oral communication, time management skills, is dependable, punctual, and flexible. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited high school or GED, plus tow years of work experience in the social services field. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
