The National Leader in Mortgage Education is seeking live class instructors with mortgage experience interested in contractual as needed assignments. Instructs students in various subject matters relating to the mortgage industry, utilizing various methods of lecture and demonstration; uses visual aids and other materials to supplement presentations. Must be enthusiastic and motivating toward students and have a genuine interest in the mortgage industry. Must possess the ability to deliver content in a conversational, articulate manner, facilitate groups of varying size, build rapport with students of varying skill levels through enthusiasm, sense of humor and genuine interest in the learners. Requires at least 5 years of experience in the mortgage field with at least 1 year active participation in the three most recent years. Three plus years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred and two years experience instructing adult learners is preferred. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the mortgage field. Must be familiar with federal laws, state laws and general mortgage industry practices.
