The Juneau Boys & Girls Club is seeking a Transition Services Specialist. This position will provide workforce maturity training, coordinate job placement services and general case support services for young offenders in the Johnson Youth Center. Additional responsibilities include facilitating health and life skills curricula and developing community partnerships. Requires high school diploma or equivalency and two years college education or equivalent experience. Experience in case management and working with high-risk youth is preferred. Must be consistent, dependable, enthusiastic and flexible. Must pass criminal background and driving record check. Full-time with competitive benefits. $14 - $16 DOE.
