We are looking for an EXPERIENCED nanny/babysitter that is extremely patient and up for a CHALLENGE (behavioral special needs). Someone willing to absolutely play with them and get down on their level who will be active and creative...I have found this is what makes them like a babysitter or not. i.e. making a fort, riding bikes with them and doing "tricks", playing doggie and eating/drinking out of pretend dishes on the floor, etc etc etc. Is this you??? We need someone FLEXIBLE that can work a part time combo of some days/evenings/weekends/overnights...although we are willing to try and work around another job/school if possible.
