Requirements: The Employment Trainer is a non exempt position, responsible for providing employment skills training for individuals enrolled the employment program. The position may be located at the Craig/Losee Training & Rehabilitation Facility or in community settings. This position may require hands-on work with individuals with developmental and behavioral issues. Qualifications: A minimum of six months experience in related field. Ability to work with people that have disabilities on a daily basis. Promotes a positive, professional image and interacts well with co-workers, parents and the community. Willingness to participate in and actively increase knowledge in progressive services to people with disabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Shows initiative. Ability to provide accurate case documentation Ability to lift 65 pounds.
