We are now seeking a full-time Sr. Water Resources Engineer in the Albuquerque, area. Job Description: This position requires experience in Water Resource Management, Planning and Design of a variety of Municipal/ County/ State & Federal projects. The Sr. Water Resource Engineer will lead the URS NM Water/Wastewater business line, including developing and meeting specific sales and revenue goals. Also, will report to the URS NM Infrastructure Group Leader, and the adviser to the URS NM Office Manager on water/wastewater business development. The individual in this position will work on new and existing Water/Wastewater work including business development for the URS NM office. This position will manage specific projects, and the staff/subs performing all work on the projects. Minimum Requirements: Education: BS Civil Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of Water Resource Engineering, Water/Wastewater design analysis, operations and maintenance experience. Must have Municipal/County/State experience in NM. The qualified candidate must have Project Management experience and/or have the PM certification. Also must have experience in water resource engineering, Hydrology, Hydraulic software and strong computer skills. Plus, experience in water/wastewater management, operations and maintenance.
