Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Experience: Junior Level 2 plus years Well established company in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry is looking for a Component Engineer who has solid experience with electronic components. Responsibilities will include; evaluate BOM’s for new customer orders and enter in the MRP system, maintain master component database, process engineering changes, resolve discrepancy reports for components, maintain engineering drawings and parts lists, maintain Item Masters, Bills of Material (BOM) and Bills of Operations (BOO), and provide technical support to Engineers, Buyers, Receiving & Inspection, etc. Candidates must have min 2 years of work experience as a Component Engineer in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry and must be familiar with electronic components and component part numbering. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability and experience with MSWord, Excel, and Access are required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and written and verbal English communications skills are a must. BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited US College or University is required. .
