Project Manager – Electrical Construction Description: Manage Industrial/electrical/commercial projects Job Duties: • Develop and maintain good relationships with project team • Estimate and establish budgets, as well as contract pricings • Review contract conditions and ensure compliance • Develop monthly cost reporting • Negotiate effective subcontractor and material purchases • Managing project safety • Create and maintain project schedules • Schedule and lead project meetings • Manage, train and supervise project teams • Assure quality control for all projects • Manage all job close-out procedures • Oversight on all project related billing Requirements: • Min. 10 yrs. combined project management, estimating, electrical design exp. • Strong interpersonal and written communicator • Familiarity with legal aspects of project contracts • Working knowledge of building codes and electrical design Preferred Qualifications: • Five yrs. management exp in electrical construction • B.S. degree in electrical engineering a strong plus • Generalist knowledge of the construction industry as a whole • Proven record of leadership on previous projects • Tenacious and priority driven nature strongly desired Location: New Castle County, DE Principals only.
