Significant amount of work in coastal areas of Rhode Island. Job Responsibilities: To assist our engineering/survey staff in the completion of their duties by performing some or all of the following: -Preparing survey and site plans -Preparing and processing incoming and outgoing transmittal and job related documents -Provide CAD design support including utilities, OWTS (septic system), roads, docks, subdivision, and other civil design -Assisting in site visits and information collection -Assisting field personnel (via phone) with interpretation of drawings Job Requirements: Eligible candidates must: -have at least 2 years recent experience with AutoCAD and LDD (Land Desk Development) -have excellent math skills (Algebra, Trig minimum) -be familiar with the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) -have excellent organizational skills -show an aptitude for grasping technical concepts -have experience with or be willing to learn OWTS and dock design Benefits: Competitive compensation package including company health program, dental program, paid holidays Location: West Kingston, RI Principals only.
