Commercial Fence Estimator Needed- We are accepting applications and resumes for a Commercial Fencing Estimator. This position requires an individual who has a record of success in the fencing business and someone who is looking to join a company that prides themselves on their reputation of quality and professionalism.. The person we are looking for needs to have a good knowledge of the Commercial Fencing Business, as well as bidding procedures. Also, they must be proficient in utilizing on-line search tools and plan rooms. The individual will need to be familiar with blue-prints, take-offs, specifications (ASTM, ISPWC, Etc.), preparing and submitting shop drawings, as-builds, and submittals/transmittals. The person must be organized, highly motivated, and willing to work in a very high paced, competitive market. They must be willing to work under the pressure of a deadline. -5 years minimum experience -Ability to read blue-prints -Ability to accurately do take-offs -Must know the Commercial Fencing (security, high-way, etc.) -Must be detail oriented -Must be able to communicate effectively- verbal/written -Must be skilled in project management -Must be able to work in an intense, high paced work environment -Residential fencing sales experience a plus Competitive Wages- Depends on Experience.
