Lifting Engineer The Construction Program Manager will hold this position to account for: Review and approve contractors’ lifting plans during the high volume three month period. The Construction Engineer would normally review and approve lifting plans, but the volume is too high during this period. Integral to the strategy for successful completion of this Project in all areas, it shall be the responsibility of all project personnel to follow the requirements of the companies HSSE Plan and to: • Conduct one documented SOC per day • Attend daily tool box meetings and weekly safety meetings • Be a role model for other personnel by following all HSSE rules and practices and by stopping any unsafe acts • Behave safely, including personal ownership of implementation and enforcement of good safety practices in all aspects within their scope of work. They shall immediately report any unsafe behavior/safety practices to the proper personnel • Ensure that their scope of work and responsibilities are consistent with the Project’s goals and objectives, demonstrating their understanding of their roles and responsibilities • Adhere to the requirements of the management standard in their daily work assignments • Conduct themselves in a professional manner, always adhering to the companies Code of Conduct and all other company policies, as applicable.
