PND Engineers' Anchorage office seeks a full-time geotechnical engineer to carry out site investigations and geotechnical analysis in support of design for bridges, marine structures and buildings in Alaska. Requires a BS in civil/geotechnical engineering with a minimum of two years of geotechnical experience. Must have strong written and oral communication skills in English necessary to communicate with clients, coworkers, and professionals in other disciplines; ability to travel to remote locations as a passenger on small airplanes, helicopters, or boats; ability to travel on assignment away from home performing inspection or construction monitoring; and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Graduate degree in geotechnical engineering and P.E. preferred.
