Manage project team, including field foremen; enforce work and safety rules. Review project budget on a regular basis; report on variances and make adjustments as needed. Project management responsibilities include, but not limited to providing planning, staffing, scheduling, quality control and budget management on projects. Handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously with the ability to solve problems using new and innovative solutions. Responsible for all aspects of field labor; ensure that foremen are performing all administrative duties; ensure job site safety. Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure project forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline and minimum of 5-years in HVAC project management. 4-10 years of design-build experience is a must with construction project management development, and implementation experience. Extensive knowledge of process systems such as steam, chilled water, compressed air, high purity piping, EMS systems, dust collection and project management. Extensive knowledge of supermarket, commercials and industrial HVAC, EMS systems, and project management. Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with sales personnel, engineers, architects, vendors, trade representative, inspectors, and customers.
