• Minimum of 4 years relevant construction experience as a construction inspector or tradesperson • Have or be able to obtain a “Construction Quality Management” certificate within six months of assignment (we can assist with this training) • Be able to demonstrate familiarity with EM 385-1-1, USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual • US citizen or resident alien • Be able to pass a standard security background check (no criminal record or bankruptcy) • Reliable personal transportation vehicle (mileage reimbursed at standard IRS rate) IMPORTANT NOTE: People who do not meet ALL of the above credentials unfortunately CANNOT BE CONSIDERED. • Strongly prefer candidates with experience on at least one FEDERALLY funded design and/or construction capital improvement project (preferably for the Navy, Marines, USACE, or GSA) . The job functions as part of an interdisciplinary construction team on a major federal program.
