We are seeking for REMOTE ESTIMATORS who also are the PROJECT MANAGERS for each division: 1. General - Can handle projects of any size in all the trades 2. Electrician - must know installation, alteration and repair of electrical wires, fixtures, appliances and apparatuses, performance of any related wiring on existing structures and/or low voltage systems. 3. Electrician - low voltage 4. Tile/Slab - full service quarry and stone tile installations including: slate, marble, granite, travertine, glass, ceramic, porcelain, mosaic and metal tiles. 5. Carpentry - residential and commercial wood and/or metal frame up to 3 stories 6. Carpentry - finish architectural millwork, casework, with associated decorative metals and glass 7. Plumbing - Residential, Commercial, Pools Must be computer savvy. Must have Excel 2003 or better and Adobe Acrobat PRO 9 or better installed. Will train you remotely. Candidates must motivated, ambitious, self-starter and posses problem solving skills. Computer literacy with estimating software is required. Experience in high end commercial a plus. Must be able to present the estimation and support the numbers to the client. Must be able to train and direct subordinates with courtesy and professionalism. Compensation, Generous profit sharing.
