Working knowledge of quality and workmanship standards IPC, Mil-Spec, ISO. 5. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma background desired. Creates and maintains process instructions. Creates and maintains all soldering profiles for new and existing product. Aids Production and Manufacturing Engineering in maintaining product routings, creating drawing packages and performs ongoing maintenance, interpreting instructions/specifications for the production floor. Collaborate with purchasing, production, quality, contract management, and outside vendors to set and meet schedules and accommodate other customer requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement and for resolutions to manufacturing problems including processes, machines, or programming problems. Coordinates process training on processes/products for Production and Support groups. Maintain awareness and expertise of industry manufacturing techniques.
