Managing Interface Engineer Foundry9 is seeking an accomplished Managing Interface Engineer to lead a highly skilled, technical web team in our NYC headquarters. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior front-end developer with management experience directing large-scale projects for corporate clients in a creative, team environment. Core Responsibilities • Supervise a team of engineers developing leading edge, Web 2.0 client-side applications including .aspx interfaces, Ajax, jQuery interfaces, and Flash integration • Create cutting-edge interfaces for large commercial web properties Required Experience • 7+ years of professional web interface development • Proven abilities successfully managing and training technical teams • Expert knowledge of the Document Object Model (DOM) • Fluency in JavaScript, .aspx, DHTML, Ajax and jQuery • Structured development processes including code reviews, issue based development and wireframing • Managing, tracking and optimizing creative development of email campaigns • Development of large scale "versioning and update" projects, as well as creation of new interfaces from scratch • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • Experience in an ad agency, consultancy, or similar fast-moving, dynamic, and creative environment Additional Skills • Knowledge of social networking integration such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and MySpace • Experience with Version Control and issue tracking • Flash ActionScripting Location: Wilmington, DE Compensation: salary + benefits Principals only.
