Job Title:  Business Systems Analyst   6 Month Contract Richmond,VA Job Description:  Successful Applicant will work as a liaison between IT and the Clearinghouse Fuels Group and author Business Requirements for Fuels capital project(s) as necessary. Applicant will be responsible to provide interpretation and research for regulatory issues as they relate to Information Technology and the business area. Provide interpretation, procedural guidance and task prioritization for cross matrixed IT technical resources Analyze and interpret Sarbanes Oxley General Computing Control guidance for management and staff as necessary. Four Year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or technical equivalent with computer related experience preferred. Three + years experience in IT automation, supporting various databases and information systems preferred. Financials background, trading or Utility industry experience a plus.
