Handle all aspects of PeopleSoft on day-to-day basis acting in the capactity of a functional and technical resource/advisor to the county employees who are part of the PeopleSoft IT project team.
Complete Description:
Handle All Aspects relating to PeopleSoft:
1. Day to Day problem solving.
2. Applying all Updates, Patches, and Fixes.
3. Custom Development of Complex New Functionality including -
3a. Online Requisition Processing using Workflow.
3b. Police Applicant Tracking Subsystem.
3c. Sick Bank Project.
3d. Annual Vacation Load System.
4. Lead Project Teams to implement new PS Functionality -
4a. eRecruit Team Leader.
5. Developing Project Plans for upgrades to the software.
6. End User Training.
7. Fit/Gap Analysis.
8. Process Imporvement.
Functional skills which may be used daily:

2. Payroll for North America (US and Canada).
3. Time and Labor.
4. Base Benefits.
5. Benefits Administration.
6. Candidate Gateway (Applicant Tracking).
