Notes/Application Developer Richmond VA This position requires a proven expert in Lotus Notes and Applications Development. The Developer will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of a large number of lotus notes applications. There may also be opportunities for development in alternative languages/technologies. The successful candidate must work in a dynamic work environment and be able to handle many different tasks at a given time. Tasks include but are not limited to application support (fix and release). application enhancements and limited development projects. Must work well within a team and attend meetings with customers as needed. Responsibilities will include: 1)Analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and integration of applications within Lotus Notes and web development environment. 2) Define Lotus tasks and estimate level of effort 3) Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing applications 4) Research application problems and follow up with client until final resolution 5) Solid understanding of database structures and effectiveness in documenting requirements.
