The Sr. SEM Marketing Manager's primary responsibility will be the management of several SEM Managers, SEM Associates, and their continued training. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands on experience with Pay-Per Click (PPC) campaign, management, can analyze customer campaigns, possesses a solid knowledge of SEM best practices, is extremely organized, has prior experience in handling and maintaining vendor relationships, and has the ability to easily communicate ideas to upper management and the entire team. Here is a brief description of what you will be doing. 1.Train, manage and lead a team of SEM Managers/ Associates to ensure advertiser orders are handled efficiently and effectively. 2.Assist in strategic planning for trafficking corporate website(s) and client accounts. 3.Investigate, identify and resolve campaign performance issues. 4.Assist in implementing new tools and processes for more effective and efficient SEM marketing 5.Assist in defining, refining and documenting new work flow processes. 6.Campaign management. 7.Point person for management to contact with regards to day to day SEM questions. Requirements: College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum 3 years SEM experience on the agency side or in a centralized corporate environment that handled multiple SEM projects internally. Prior experience working with Bid Management Systems & Tracking Solutions! Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to prioritize, follow through, and complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to manage others, be managed, work well with others and handle high pressure situations.
