Senior Quality Assurance Specialist position conducts essential testing of any Bally product’s main software, new game software, and peripheral devices. Duties Advanced knowledge of Software Quality Assurance Methodologies and the Software Development Life cycle. Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to ensure compliance with design requirements and gaming regulations. Collaborate with development engineers to evaluate test results and recommend corrective action. Interface with test labs, regulatory agencies, vendors and other manufacturers at a professional level. Ability to setup test system configurations to meet testing requirements Essential Duties AND Responsibilities: · Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of regulatory requirements, product functions, and product behaviors. · Evaluate manual tests and create test requirements. · Create and maintain test plans for new and existing products. · Lead teams and coordinate efforts throughout a product’s QA lifecycle. · Assist engineers in test executions. · Test within a black box environment. (White box knowledge a plus) Training AND/OR Experience: · Test Lead / Project Management experience. · Minimum of four years working with or testing gaming devices or similar machines or similar work experience. · Casino or gaming background preferred. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: · Time & resource management skills · Excellent communication and documentation skills · Data communications XML TCP/IP RS232 (basic protocol framework knowledge) · Must be PC literate.
