-Its walking distance from SDSU, on art st. -utilities would be cheap since its 6 people -all were asking is 550 plus help on utilities at the end of the month. Nice big living room, nice backyard and we have a dog (friendly). All of us either work, go to school, or both. We have had people live in the garage before and they made it nice, all you need is a bed, how much time do u really spend in your room anyway?
