This is a quite house and neighborhood, I am not saying you cant listen to music or what ever just dont let it get out of hand. This is not a party house therefore no drugs or heavy drinkers. This is a three beedroom house, I have empty room that is 11x11 in size, it is a very clean room. Living here now as roommates are two very down to earth people and we are both very respectful.
