We live down at the end of a gravel road in paradise. This is a Log home which is situated closer to Duvall, however it is considered rural Woodinville and very close to Redmond. The household is a pretty down to earth place, and we would like to share it with others that like it that way as well. You have a private bedroom on the lower level of a beautiful 2700 SF log home close to the bathroom you share with just one other housemate and another Monday-Thur part time. The room is about 10.5 x 11.5 with a closet that spans the width of the wall and adds another 2 feet of depth. The room also features burgundy tiled floors and a deep set wooden window with a view to the forest; it gets the afternoon sun filtered through the forest. We share an open Kitchen and eating area that leads out onto the deck overlooking beautiful tree filled meadows, 2 living rooms and a dining room, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and green house. We have 5 private, secluded acres to meander around on, DSL High speed internet-(You provide your own computer and wireless connection) and 2 Great housemates. 2 wonderful dogs and one awesome cat. Monthly Rent is 575.00, $300 damage deposit of which you'll get 200.00 upon moving out (if you do no damage and clean up nicely upon your departure) Help with cost of water and septic, garbage, electric and heat bills (75.00) a month. DSL and Dish Network are provided as a courtesy. The ideal housemate would be reasonably clean, honest, reliable, a non or considerate smoker, non-drug user and doesn't mind if there is no alcohol in house. In the past we have had housemates Attorneys, Doctors, Massage Therapists, Psychologists, Construction Folks, Software People, Store Clerks, etc. We are within 5-35 minutes of: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Duvall, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, Bothell, Monroe, Snohomish, Carnation, Fall City, North Bend, Issaquah and Woodinville As your housemates we are environmentally conscience, recycle, share chores and are considerate to others we share the household with.
