Hi there, So, here is the deal - I've been on the search for a roommate for the past three weeks and it seems people out there are super flakey. I need to meet someone that is at the same level that I am and has a good job (for at least 1 year) that can afford to put down a deposit and pay rent on time. I am a 28 year old female professional that is looking for an apartment on the Eastside. I will be moving out with my cat so I need someone that enjoys or is ok with living with a Cat. I work Mon-Fri 8-5pm and am pretty laid back during the week and would like the same from a roommate. I have several options/choices that are great deals ranging from about 500-550 in rent...My only problem seems to be finding a person to be my roommate that won't flake out on me and can cover their portion of rent/deposit. I'm currently interested in 2 complexes in the Juanita/Kirkland area and one in the Redmond area - Lets discuss and see what works for us both I'm looking for a female or Male between the ages of 23-35 with a stable (as stable as you can in this economy) That wants to move with in the next week or so...I'm thinking Feb 1st - 5th sometime.
