22 yo F needs roommate. Female prefered. The room would be the bigger of the two, with a walk through closet to your own bathroom. Room is aproximately 12'x12'. Closet space is aproximatly 10-12 feet split. The complex is across the street from Kingsgate P&R on NE 132nd St in the Totem Lake/Juanita area. 2 BED/2 BATH, Dishwasher, Wood fireplace, Washer/Dryer-in-unit, deck; on the top/second floor; bedrooms are separated by the living space. Complex has pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, basketball and tennis court; a large pond and lots of trees. Pets are allowed (for a fee) and there wont' be any pets to contend with. I'll be switching off of my old lease and signing onto a new one because my current lease is a lot higher. Highest monthly amount for second roommate is $650 for everything: this includes rent, power, water, trash, sewage, Comcast Digital cable, & internet. THere's a phone, but I use my cell. Security/move-in deposit is $250 along with 1st month’s rent. (I took our highest bills from December and January and averaged them with the montly rent, it most likely will fluxuate much lower) I'm 22, female, neat, funny, mature, respectful, helpful, and kind. I work full time so I'm quiet during the week. Not a big partier but I don't mind being social on weekends. Someone similar would be nice. It would be wonderful if the new roommate and I could be friends, not just roommates, but just a pleasant roommate will be great, too.
