Female college student looking for roommate to share apartment with! I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, fun, and nice-just like me! The apt is on the third story (top) with an elevator to all floors from the main lobby. It is has southern exposure which floods the apartment with light and an overlooking balcony. The interior of the apartment is over 1,000 sq ft. The building has controlled access-you will receive your own set of keys for entry. It is already fully furnished, except for your room. I do have a beautiful dresser for you to use if you want it. There is a small laundry room with a washer/dryer. You will have your own bedroom & private bathroom as well as shared access to the kitchen, living & dining room. There are excellent heating systems in each room w/ individual controls & a gas fireplace in the living room. The gas fireplace is paid for by the community and is a great, less expensive way to heat the house. The apt is an excellent location-very close to Seattle and minutes away from Downtown Bellevue . You will be able to move in as soon as possible (even before the 1st)!
