If you are familiar with Cottage Lake area, it's about 2 miles south east of the Safeway located off of Woodinville Duvall Road. Within 5-10 minute drive to Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Woodinville, and Duvall. Home is 2,200 sq ft with large living room and kitchen. Home sits on 3/4 of an acre so you aren't wedged into a subdivision and will have some privacy. Backyard is fully fenced so that my dog and possibly yours can run free. The room you'll be renting isn't huge but will get the job done and can easily fit a queen size bed with a good size dresser no problem. Room has a small closet and is wired for cable. You'll be sharing the guest bathroom with my other roommate. House is 100% furnished, have large 56" HDTV, Play Station 3 with a ton of movies downloaded onto it, wired & wireless high speed internet available. Have large 3 car shop which usage of is negotiable. Two covered carport parking spots in front. Ample storage for outdoor items, boxes, and indoor items. Just built brand new deck on second level of home overlooking yard, perfect for entertaining this summer! ABOUT ME & OTHER ROOMMATE: We are both younger guys who like to have fun and are very clean people. We enjoy having people over and small gatherings here and there. Not a weekly thing but I would say an average of one get together every two to three weeks or so. Weeknights around the house are typically quiet other than the TV being on. All that we expect out of a roommate is respect... Shared spaces are to be kept clean and presentable. Your room is your space and I could care less what goes on there as long as you are keeping the other areas clean and not cluttering up the common spaces. FURTHER INFO: Dogs are ok assuming it gets along with my 2 year old Olde English Bulldog. Not a fan of cats. Rent is due on the 1st. Bills are split evenly 3 ways and due as they come in.
