My roommate and I rent an three bedroom two bathroom apartment at Lakemont Orchard Apartments in Issaquah. We are located conveniently very close to the freeway between Issaquah and Bellevue in a nice apartment complex. Our third roommate recently moved out of the master bedroom + bathroom and we are thus looking for a third roommate. The expectation would be that you would replace our third roommate on the lease so that you would be responsible for your part of the rent. Our apartment complex also has a weight room and pool which are very nice to use. We are two male roommates in our 20's. We are looking for a third male roommate who shares the same qualities of being responsible, able to pay rent + utilities on time, and can respect the others space and belongings in this apartment. Our lease currently will last till the end of next March. Move in date can be any day now since our third roommate has moved out. If you express interest you can anticipate from my side some basic questions and possibly a short interview to follow. The expectation again will be, that you will replace our third roommate on the signed lease and that you will be able to act as a responsible and respectful roommate towards the two others in this apartment.
