The apartment is located in Kenmore a few miles from UW Bothell and Batsyr. It is within easy walking distance of the burke-gilman trail and the NE Bothell Way & Kenmore park and ride. Its a bit of an unusual apartment; its located on a 5 acre alpaca farm (there is a fence separating the alpacas from the apartments) and was originally a farm building that was converted into an apartment. Because the apartments were made from the old farm buildings they are free standing (no shared walls) The apartment is 2 bedroom and 1 bath, and has a washer & dryer and a dishwasher. High-speed internet and cable and are available. It is pet friendly, with the exception of dogs, because they scare the alpacas. The only pet I currently have is a hamster, but I am open to cats and other pets. Rent is $460 each, plus utilities. There is also garden space available, and overall its a very quiet, pretty, and safe place to live. I am quiet, fairly clean (keeping common areas reasonably clean is important to me, but I'm not obsessive about it) I don't smoke and I don't party.
