Electric, water, sewer, garbage, cable t.v., and wireless internet is split 50/50 and usually ranges between $75 and $100 a month per person. I currently have 2 small adult female cats in the apartment so you must be cat friendly; however most of their stuff is in my room/bathroom and they tend to keep to themselves pretty well. The apartment is about 1150 square feet. Your bedroom and bathroom would be your responsibility; however the rest of the apartment is very nicely furnished. The apartment complex has a 24-hour gym onsite, pool, and hot-tub. There is parking available on-site and public transportation is also within walking distance.
