We need an experienced, warm, active, loving and responsible nanny to live in our home and provide 50+ hrs/week of childcare, including weekends. The person who would fit best in our family life is someone looking to become part of family for the long term. Our days can be hectic as we have a full, active social life and there can be a lot of last-minute changes to plans. This can include evening dinners and meetings that take us out of the house. We hope to find a nanny that is very good with young children and flexible with hours to include being in the home during evening hours in case we need to be out. We would, in turn, offer living accommodations, travel to exotic destinations both domestic and international, a professional salary/benefit package, stable employment over the long term and a loving work environment with a great and playful little boy and family. Here are some basic requirements: 1. Documentation to work 2. English fluency (Spanish fluency is a definite plus) 3. Driving license and clean driving record 4. Taxable income 5. Active, energetic and lots of stamina 6. Excellent experience with more than one child under 3 years of age 7. Formal education and training in early childhood development (a plus) 8.
