Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required -Bi-lingual preferred but not required-Strong communication and organizational skills Self motivated-Flexible and adaptable-Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete within given timeframes Previous experience in the customer service industry -Ability to recognize issues/problems and resolve them on own Physically fit -Ability to work well with others Clean condos and units thoroughly as specified and established by company and department standards Stock condos and units with appropriate supplies as specified by company and department standards Complete all assigned tasks within timeframes established by department Respond to guests needs in an appropriate, professional, and courteous manner Report any items requiring replacement and/or repair, or any damages to condos and units to management Ensure safety procedures, in accordance with safety training guidelines are followed Assist in maintaining specified linen/closet rooms to ensure order and neatness by putting away all supplies and linens at the end of scheduled shift. Return all lost and found items to housekeeping office at the end of shift with proper tagging This is a full time postion that will require weekend shifts regularly.
