The Sandbar Riverhouse is seeking talented applicants to fill positions as night and weekend cooks. The successful applicants will posses strong culinary talent and experience, value cleanliness and organization, and be a team player with other staff members. Verifiable experience in grilling to order is essential. Additional duties will be determined based upon the applicant’s strengths. For over forty years the Sandbar Riverhouse has served as an Owyhee County destination for fine food and hospitality. Located in the heart of Idaho’s wine country, the restaurant building is a 105 year old house perched on the bank of the Snake River in Marsing, Idaho. Our menu centers around classic dinner house fare: steaks, prime rib, seafood, and chicken dishes, in addition to our homemade soups, sauces, dressings, croutons, and potato dishes. Privately owned and operated, the Sandbar purchases only the finest meats, vegetables, and dairy products for use in our recipes.
