Shore Lodge in McCall ID, a premiur four season resort with over 13000 square feet of on site banquet space and additional off site venues, is looking for a Banquet Manager. We specialize in weddings, special occasion parties of all sizes and meetings. Because of the unique amenities provided by the Resort, this position requires an individual who is creative, flexible and knowledgeable in the Banquet/Catering field. Responsibilities include: Act as a liason with Executive Chef and Catering/Conference Services Director to ensure complete, effective communication between food production and food service. Hire, train, and evaluate all banquet staff. Supervise service received by guests throughout each event. Supervise the storage and security of all catering supplies and equipment. Qualifications/Pre-requisites: Previous formal Catering experince required At least two years of experience as a Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager required.
